Our manufacturing operations are spread across two strategically located production bases in the Pearl River Delta — the heart of China's manufacturing industry. Our Shenzhen base houses our product development engineering center, prototyping facility, and corporate headquarters. Our Dongguan facilities host our primary mold manufacturing plant and high-volume injection molding production lines.
This dual-base structure allows us to optimize each facility for its specific function — concentrating engineering expertise in Shenzhen while leveraging Dongguan's manufacturing infrastructure for cost-efficient, high-volume production.
Beyond our industrial design and engineering capabilities, we operate our own professional prototyping facility and mold manufacturing plant — forming a complete closed loop of in-house development and production. This means your design solution will never stay at the concept stage. It can be smoothly translated from an idea into a mature, mass-producible end product without leaving the HWPD group.
Our combined production capacity spans from low-volume pilot runs of 100 pieces through to mass production programs of millions of units per year. With machine tonnages ranging from 60T to 1,600T, we can mold everything from micro precision components to large automotive body panels — all within the same production group.
Our Three Facilities

Our in-house prototyping facility handles CNC machining, 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS), and urethane casting — delivering functional prototypes for testing and validation in days, not weeks. Co-located with our engineering design team for fast design-prototype iteration.
Our dedicated mold manufacturing plant in Dongguan is equipped with 5-axis CNC machining centers, EDM machines (sinker and wire), CMM inspection equipment, and mold polishing facilities — producing precision injection molds in P20, H13, S136, and aluminum grades.
Our precision injection molding production facility houses 26 machines from 60T to 1,600T, operating 24/7 for high-volume programs. Fully equipped with robotic part handling, automated vision inspection, and statistical process control for zero-defect production.

Our precision injection molding subsidiary, HWTC Molding, operates our Dongguan injection molding production facility. Specializing in high-precision thermoplastic injection molding for automotive, electronics, medical, and industrial applications — from low-volume pilot runs to mass production of millions of units per year.
Our mold manufacturing subsidiary, HW Molds, operates our Dongguan mold plant. Specializing in large automotive injection mold manufacturing — bumper fascias, door panels, instrument clusters — with 5-axis CNC machining, EDM, and CMM inspection capability for the most demanding tooling programs.
Quality in Every Facility
Our group-wide quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, with IATF 16949:2016 and AS9100D aligned processes for automotive and aerospace customers. Every facility in our group operates under the same quality management framework — ensuring consistent standards whether your parts are made in Shenzhen or Dongguan.
All raw materials — tool steel, plastic resins, and production consumables — are inspected against specification on arrival at our facilities. Material certifications are reviewed and filed for every batch. Non-conforming materials are quarantined and returned to suppliers before entering production.
Every production facility maintains dedicated quality inspection stations with calibrated measuring equipment. First-off inspection is performed at the start of every production run. Statistical sampling inspection is conducted throughout production, with 100% vision inspection on cosmetic and critical-feature parts before packaging.
