There is no strict minimum order quantity for our injection molding services. We support orders from as low as 100 pieces for low-volume production. For very small quantities, urethane casting may be a more cost-effective option — our team can advise on the best approach for your volume and budget.
Standard injection molding tolerances are typically ±0.1–0.2mm for general parts. With precision tooling and process control, we can achieve ±0.05mm on critical dimensions. Ultra-tight tolerances for medical or optical parts are discussed case by case.
Yes. Our injection molding services can include PPAP Level 1–3 documentation for automotive and regulated industry customers, including dimensional reports, material certificates, control plans, and process flow documents.
Yes. We offer insert molding (metal inserts, electrical contacts) and overmolding (soft-grip TPE over rigid substrate) as standard capabilities. Two-shot molding is available for select applications.
We offer the full range of SPI surface finishes (A1 mirror polish through D3 matte) and VDI texture grades. Custom textures, mold-in logos, and specialty finishes can be discussed based on your part requirements.
