Yes. We can review either our standard NDA or a customer-provided agreement. Where confidential technical or commercial information will be exchanged, the confidentiality agreement should be completed before that information is shared.
Access to confidential project files is limited to personnel who require the information for engineering, tooling, production, quality, purchasing, or project-management activities. Access scope is managed according to project requirements and internal confidentiality procedures.
File retention and project closeout are handled according to the applicable contract, warranty requirements, operational needs, and agreed record-retention period. Where deletion or return of project files is required, the process should be defined in the project agreement.
We minimize the use of subcontractors for work involving client IP. Where subcontractors are involved — for example, in specialized surface treatments or component sourcing — they sign a separate NDA before receiving any client data. Subcontractor access is limited to the minimum information required for their specific scope of work.
For customer-funded tooling, mold ownership is defined in the quotation and tooling agreement. Once the agreed payment and ownership conditions are completed, customer-owned tooling is identified and managed according to the project agreement. Storage, shipment, transfer, maintenance, and associated tooling documentation are handled according to the agreed scope.
